Bournemouth are weighing up a loan move for exiled Chelsea goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga.

The 29-year-old is surplus to requirements at Stamford Bridge and training with the loan group under loan technical coach Carlo Cudicini.

The move is internally considered complicated at the South Coast club as the Spain internationals high wages – estimated to be around 200,000-a-week – present a problem in negotiations.

Chelsea would also expect Kepa, who remains the worlds most expensive ever goalkeeper after joining the club for 72million in 2018, to extend his contract by at least a year to accept a loan move and that extension would come with a wage reduction.

Kepa is an option being considered alongside Arsenals Aaron Ramsdale as Bournemouth enter talks on multiple fronts to strengthen their options for manager Andoni Iraola.

Real Madrid midfielder Jude Bellingham is set to be out of action for a short period because of a hamstring injury he picked up during Fridays training session.

In a statement the club said: After the tests carried out today on our player Jude Bellingham by the Real Madrid medical services, he has been diagnosed with an injury to the thin plantar muscle of his right leg.

It means Bellingham could be a doubt for Englands Nations League games against the Republic of Ireland in Dublin on 7 September and Finland at Wembley three days later.

First up some injury news from La Liga which might affect Lee Carsleys plans for the upcoming international break.

ONeil also concedes it is impossible to predict Chelseas team but expects them to improve this season.

Pedro Neto is due to make the trip back to Molineux on Sunday after his 54m move to Stamford Bridge from Wolves earlier this month.

Including Neto, the Blues have made 11 signings this summer and have over 40 senior players, leaving ONeil second guessing their starting XI.

Its impossible for me to sit here and pick a Chelsea line up, he said.

You can see Chelsea are still in transition. That doesnt mean they cant be successful with the amount of talent they have and they have a top coach (Enzo Maresca).

They have every right and chance of finishing very high up the league.

They have signed a lot of good players. Signing good players is helpful, I expect it to help them and expect them to be better than last season.

Boss Gary ONeil has remained tight-lipped over Wolves interest in Burnleys Dara OShea and Arsenal goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale.

The Clarets are holding out for 15m for OShea, with Wolves currently offering 13m, while the centre-back is keen on a move to Molineux.

The Gunners want to sell Ramsdale this summer, while Wolves have offered an initial loan with an option to buy.

I wont discuss any player who has not already signed for Wolves. Individual names and rumours, Im not interested in, said ONeil.

We are working hard to do some stuff which we think will help us. The important thing is, is the valuation of the player correct for us? Itll be key for us in terms of what we can and cant do in the next seven days.

Its more are the deals right, are the players right? We can do stuff, definitely, it just needs to fit properly for the team and club. Ive not heard any (budget) figure in any of my meetings and discussions.

Aston Villa v Arsenal (Sat, 17:30 BST)

And finally from Aston Villa boss Unai Emery on the project of the club: Sometimes I am telling the players that Aston Villa won the Champions League in 1982. Its one important date for Aston Villa as a club, and it helps to explain to players the history.

The last history of Aston Villa is progressively getting better, but five years ago they were in the Championship. With the new project, with the history, with the new way we want to create here, its about trying to be contenders and be consistent.

We have to think that we have to be in the top ten, we have to be in the top eight, we have to be in the top six and we have to try to be progressively stronger, getting in the top four like last year.

This is the way we have to confirm it, like we did last year, being consistent. This is the message I want here; players being hungry to improve, hungry to get another level higher as a club and individually.

To achieve the objectives we are facing, dreaming is very difficult, but I want to dream and work hard to get it. At the moment we are in a good way but theres still a lot of work to do to continue being consistent like I want.

Aston Villa v Arsenal (Sat, 17:30 BST)

Aston Villa boss Unai Emery on their first home match of the season: They are going to be very excited and we are looking forward to being there with our supporters, enjoying each moment. We are now playing three matches in August before starting to play in Europe after the break.

We have to try to be consistent now and try to focus on those three matches, trying to be strong, to be competitive and focusing on the Premier League like the first target we have in our competition.

On Emi Martinezs new contract: We are very happy because Emiliano Martinez is very important. Hes involved completely in this project.

When I arrived here, I knew him before because we were working in Arsenal together. I knew his mentality and even now its stronger than before because hes achieving individual objectives with his national team and here with Aston Villa.

His extension is fantastic for us and very good for every supporter of Aston Villa, we can be proud of him.

Aston Villa v Arsenal (Sat, 17:30 BST)

Aston Villa boss Unai Emery provided an update on team news for Saturday: [Boubacar] Kamara is progressing a lot, I think now is the sixth month since he was injured and he had surgery.

And, more or less, in a few weeks he will start training with us.

Tyrone Mings is close to start doing something with the team, now hes working alone but hes feeling very good.

Other players, I think they are available.

We dont have more issues with injured players.

Enzo Maresca saw his side booed off by sections of support at half-time and cheered off at the full-time whistle

There is a strange atmosphere at the start of Enzo Marescas Chelsea reign as some supporters booed their team off at half-time against Servette at Stamford Bridge.

It was far from the full stadium but it was a sizeable and audible minority who also jeered the team in a marginally improved second half when midfielder Moises Caicedo played it back to goalkeeper Filip Jorgensen.

Chelsea fans already look like they may emulate sections of the Leicester City support and be critical of the patient, possession-based tactical approach favoured by the Italian, who replaced Mauricio Pochettino in the summer.

When asked about the response at the interval, Maresca said: I can understand but the important thing is to win the game. Clean sheet and we did nine changes.

Of course, the atmosphere is not helped by back-to-back trophyless seasons and continued suspicion in parts of the fanbase of the Boehly-Clearlake ownership.

But the second half also showed the simple way out of it – through winning.

More from Chelsea boss Enzo Maresca before Sundays game against Wolves: All the places in the Premier League are very difficult to go and try to get points. But we are going to try, we are going to do our best. Hopefully we can start Sunday, get some points in the Premier League and from there build some momentum.

OnMoises Caicedos leadership of the team:Reece [James] was not on the pitch, Enzo [Fernandez] was not on the pitch and Levi [Colwill] was not on the pitch, so I needed to find another one! Moi was already here last year, I think he has respect from his teammates, so he was captain tonight and he is one of the captains. I like all of them being in some way captain.

With the transfer window coming to an end:It is better if we do not sign because we do not need to sign players just to sign players. If we sign players and they help us to improve, then for sure we need players. Otherwise, we are happy with the way we are.

Up first though, is the latest from Chelsea boss Enzo Maresca.

His side travel to Wolves on Sunday.

Weve heard from plenty of Premier League managers throughout the day. You can click the key points on the left to recap whats been said.

Shortly well be hearing from Aston Villa boss Unai Emery ahead of facing his old side Arsenal.

Crystal Palace v West Ham (Sat, 15:00 BST)

Crystal Palace manager Oliver Glasner on the future of Marc Guehi, who been linked with a move to Newcastle:Marc [Guehi] will play and lead the team tomorrow.

I expect everyone to be a [Palace] player until Im told different. Especially the player because its their decision.
